Tanya Reid joined the CCS family in September 2021 as a skills trainer at the CCS Rainbow Lodge. She was promoted to Rainbow Lodge Program Supervisor in 2023. Tanya says, “I find immense joy in guiding my team toward success and witnessing their daily growth,” she says. “Managing a robust and successful program is not just a responsibility but a source of inspiration.”
Rainbow Lodge is a place where children and youth in crisis go to find peace during stressful times in their lives. “Engaging with our community partners is a gratifying experience, as it allows me to explore ways to exceed expectations for the youth and families we are privileged to serve,” says Tanya. “In my work, I believe I’ve made a meaningful impact by embracing patience and grace during challenging moments, whether with my incredible team, our community partners, or the remarkable youth and families we serve.”
