In accordance with Oregon OSHA and Oregon Health Department revised COVID-19 guidelines, all CCS, CCSF, and ISN employees are no longer required to wear masks or face coverings at their sites unless specific rules have been posted by a program. If you are unsure whether you need to wear a mask or face covering at a site, please check with the program’s supervisor, Chief Operating Officer or any member of the PRC for guidance. PLEASE NOTE: CCS/CCSF/ISN employees who are not providing direct care and any other visitors or guests to the Adult Residential Service sites are required to wear a mask or face covering while at these locations.
Unvaccinated employees are strongly encouraged to wear a mask or face covering while inside any CCS, CCSF, or ISN site. Any vaccinated employees who prefer to wear a mask or face covering may continue to do so. Wearing a mask does not mean an individual has not been vaccinated. “Mask shaming” will not be tolerated.
All sites will continue sign in and out procedures currently in place. This includes screening for COVID-19, taking temperatures, restricting entry of anyone exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19, and recording who enters and leaves the site. Remember, if you are feeling unwell, please contact your supervisor and stay home out of courtesy to your fellow employees and the people we serve.
Out of an abundance of caution, we ask employees to continue to maintain social distancing as much as possible at all sites. Meetings can be scheduled and held in the BSB and Seymour Center meeting rooms if social distancing can be maintained (at least a chair’s width distance between each person). Larger meetings that do not allow for social distancing should continue to be held virtually.
I am asking employees who have been working primarily at home to return to their offices effective August 1, 2021. Please work with your supervisor regarding your schedules and work locations. Thank you all for your cooperation in maintaining safe work environments for the people we serve and your co-workers.
