Thank you, Melinda Page and the CCS Quality and Finance teams for your outstanding work converting our paper file storage to digital archives. This process required dedication and persistence and resulted in substantial savings for CCS.

Reflecting on the process, Melinda shared, “When I first approached the archive project, I had no idea what I was getting into, but I was excited to take on something new. The biggest challenge was navigating complex record retention guidelines, but with a great mentor and research, it all became clear. Despite difficulties with storage management, persistence paid off.”

“In the end, we successfully created a centralized electronic archiving system, clarified years of stored records, and significantly reduced costs. Looking back, it’s incredible to see how much we’ve accomplished,” she says.

CCS CFO Steve Nass emphasized the impact of Melinda’s leadership, saying, “The project wouldn’t have been possible or successful without Melinda’s dedication and persistence.”

Thanks to this team’s hard work, Catholic Community Services has taken a major step toward efficiency, organization, and long-term cost savings. Congratulations on this remarkable achievement!
