Melinda Page

Melinda’s Catholic upbringing is one of the reasons she initially noticed CCS. It caught her interest as a nonprofit, faith-based organization with a commitment to helping people, and she wanted to be part of the organization.

Melinda has worked at CCS for 1 year and 6 months. Her position is Quality Administration Assistant. She enjoys organizing, processing and scanning documents and assisting with other tasks in the Quality Department and across other departments. She also enjoys having the ability to help people by providing them with support and resources. “I like having the ability to learn something new every day,” says Melinda. “Opportunity is everywhere, the key is to find it.”

Melinda enjoys reading autobiographies, writing, exercising collecting antique items and staying in-tune to news and music media. Her grandfather, her role model, taught her to stay informed and that education and learning is the greatest power to success. “I always believe a small impact could change someone’s life,” says Melinda. “No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted.”

Eli Quirino

Eli was drawn to CCS by her strong desire to make a positive impact on the community. She works as the BSB receptionist and gets to meet new people every day. On April 11, she will be celebrating two years working at CCS! Eli has great work ethic and enjoys prioritizing customers’ needs and satisfaction by going the extra mile to provide excellent service, demonstrating empathy and responsiveness.

Eli’s family is very important to her. “Something surprising is I have five brothers and three sisters, I am the youngest,” Eli says. She considers her parents her role models. Despite facing many challenges as immigrants, her parents were able to thrive. “Their resilience, work ethic and ability to maintain a positive outlook in the face of adversity have always inspired me,” says Eli.

From her parents, she learned the importance of perseverance, the value of building strong relationships and the power of maintaining a growth mindset. These lessons have shaped her approach to her career goals, pushing her to continually seek out new challenges and opportunities for growth. The advice Eli gives with this mindset is to understand the mission of CCS deeply, ask questions and actively seek to learn as much as possible.

Eli enjoys being creative and spending time with her kids – especially watching them play sports and striving to be their best!
