The CCS and CCSF Boards of Directors recently held their annual joint retreat to deepen board knowledge of our programs and develop a shared vision to guide the Futures planning process. Through a series of brainstorming exercised, they developed the following headline for the future: Families and communities transformed and empowered through CCS’s revolutionary model. The boards also reviewed and recommitted to the Carver Model for Policy Governance.
Following the retreat, a series of board and committee meetings were held to develop our updated Futures Plan and Annual Objectives, now available for all teams to use as we begin our annual operations planning process.
