The Adult Services Regional Directors are pleased to announce a new career advancement opportunity for direct care staff members who demonstrate a commitment to excellence in caring for those we serve.
Beginning in July 2017, those DCP team members that demonstrate advanced competencies related to outstanding customer care, training and outcomes, may qualify to advance within the new Direct Care Compensation Model. The evaluation process will occur during each individual’s annual performance review.
Supervisors will play a key role in guiding this process through establishing goals and supporting DCP staff in their on-going growth and development as mentors, skilled trainers and strong advocates for our customers in residential homes. The DCPs that advance along this career pathway will serve as highly competent role models for fellow team members.
Catholic Community Services recognizes the importance of the work performed by our direct care team. Through this team’s continued dedication, the people we serve can enjoy a rich life, remain engaged in the community and thrive.
