Congratulations to Nicola Faulkenberry, Heidi Frederick, and Francesca Hawatmeh for completing the CCS Leadership Cohort. The Leadership Cohort aims to help employees from all levels of the organization discover and hone in on their personal leadership strengths. The cohort is a great opportunity for guided career growth at CCS. The third cohort is scheduled to begin in February, facilitated by Josh Graves and Kyle Deets. Participants will read several books on management, have discussions, and hear from guest speakers. Reading and discussions will include several books that have inspired many of today’s leaders including Good to Great by Jim Colllins and Monday Morning Leadership by David Cottrell.
