Catholic Community Services Foundation (CCSF) staff member Diane Lace was recently awarded the 2016 Project Manager of the year by the Oregon Affordable Housing Management Association (AHMA).

Diane was chosen from over 100 nominees within the affordable housing community. She was nominated and recognized for going out of her way to help fellow employees with planning and implementation of their projects and for being unfailingly cheerful, upbeat, and positive even when the team struggled.

Team and community members especially appreciated the leadership role that she assumed when the decision was made to self-manage the entire CCSF property portfolio.

“The award speaks highly about how well Diane and her work are perceived in the affordable housing community,” said Sr. Property Director Amanda Starkey.

Amanda also received an honorable mention award at the conference for Supervisory Project Management.  Congratulations to Amanda and Diane!
