We are humbled and deeply grateful to our Catholic schools for unwavering volunteerism and their time and generosity hosting drives for CCS programs.
Regis High School students spent the day at Queen of Angels Monastery, beginning with morning prayer in the chapel. Students and staff tended the grounds by spreading bark chips and pulling weeds, stocked shelves at Mission Benedict, and visited some of our Adult Residential homes.
Blanchet Catholic School hosted their annual food drive and brought in over 400 lbs of food! They are also hosting their 1,000 Soles Shoe Drive. Last year, the Blanchet School community donated 600 pairs of shoes!
Last month, Queen of Peace Catholic School put together nearly 100 birthday party kits as their Catholic Schools Week service project. These thoughtful creations included cake mix and baking supplies, as well as party streamers and balloons.
Christ the King hosted Operation Stuffies and gathered brand new stuffed animals for CCS programs.
