A community effort to keep Yamhill County children safe and families together. Offers encouragement and information to help families at risk connect with resources.

The Yamhill community was very supportive by generously donating goods and services to assist families served through this RFS program.

A referral directory was created to identify local resources in order to assist families with unmet needs and to maintain the goal of self-directed care.
